Why should you use a property manager?

As your property managers, we have daily oversight of your residential, commercial, or industrial real estate investments. Our main role is to manage routine tasks and preserve the value of the properties while generating income. As managers, we will serve as an independent contractor and your exclusive agent. We will provide the following services: Collection and Distribution, Maintenance and Labor, and Advertisement and Legal Proceedings. 

Collection and Distribution: We will collect all rents as they become due, charge any late fees due, and manage or pay any expenses. We will send monthly accounting reports, so owners know rents received and expenses paid.

Advertisement and Legal Proceedings: If you are looking for new tenants, we will advertise the property, screen potential Lessees, and select Lessees of suitable credit worthiness, then present to Owner for final approval. Before listing the property, we will analyze market conditions at that time and provide an approximate rent rate based on comparables.
